so here i am looking at the page of this thing to see if there are some good strategies, only to find out this thing can appear in hollow and down. this thing has cost me more runs than any other mid boss, i one-run'd the cultist and blockner, and i haven't even beaten the game without the true bullet, i havent even retreived any bullet peices, but this thing, it's out for blood. I havent seen it appear lately, but when i do, i will be sure to destroy it even if i die to a stray bullet in the next room.
