Unlockable items, guns and gungeoneers are a key feature in both Enter the Gungeon and Exit the Gungeon. As new items are unlocked, more diverse and interesting run types are available to the player.

The following is a list of unlockable items, guns, and Gungeoneers in Enter the Gungeon, along with their unlock conditions.
