This petite weapon packs a punch, and the recoil can knock the user backwards. |
Grasschopper is a very tiny gun that appears in Enter the Gungeon. It fires powerful blasts that have very strong knockback and delete bullets, like a small Blank effect.
Synergies
To Serve Android - If the player has Badge, the police officer turns into a robot and becomes invincible.
Other Appearances
- The song ENTER THE GUNGEON on the Enter the Gungeon soundtrack references the Grasschopper by name in a list of guns (written as Grass Chopper in the official lyrical transcription)[1]
Unused and Cut Content
Unused: Galaxy Defender - If the player has Grasschopper, the damage of the players current gun is increased by 80% while Sunglasses is active.[2]
- This is not the same as increasing the players damage directly, as the boost only applied to the gun the played was holding when Sunglasses activated. Switching guns while this effect was active would not have carried it over to other guns.
Notes
- The explosions created on impact are not blanks, despite being able to delete bullets. They will not open secret rooms or trigger Ammolets.
- If a Gunjurer catches and returns a shot from this gun, the blank effect will still damage the player.
- This weapon is a reference to the Noisy Cricket from Men in Black.
