Charming Rounds is a passive item and a bullet upgrade.
Effects
- Adds a chance to fire bullets that charm enemies.
- The chance is 7.5% for projectile weapons and 10% per second for beam weapons.
Notes
Ravishing - If the player also has Lower Case r, the words HANDSOME, CHARM, and CUTE are spelled out.- Unbelievably Charming - If the player also has Shotgun Full of Love or Charmed Bow, while either gun is held, all shots fired by the player (even shots fired via items other than either gun) and any companions are guaranteed to charm enemies. In addition, the player is followed by a fairy that blocks bullets and displays the contents of chests.
- Charming Rounds make the Molotov Launcher's shots more likely than not to charm enemies.
- If duplicates of this item are somehow obtained, further increases the chance of bullets being able to charm enemies.
