Ledge Goblin

Loblina is an NPC that appears in Enter the Gungeon and Exit the Gungeon. While referred to solely as The Ledge Goblin in Enter the Gungeon, Exit the Gungeon confirmed her first name as Loblina.

Function

Enter the Gungeon

Once rescued, the Ledge Goblin will return to The Breach, sitting on a ledge in the right lower section of the foyer next to her helmet. Interacting with her yields only dialogue, but interacting with her helmet kicks it down into the pit below- sending it tumbling into The Gungeon. The next time the Breach is loaded, she will be absent- having entered the Gungeon to retrieve her lost property.

Each time the Ledge Goblin is sent into the Gungeon to retrieve her helmet, she must be rescued again from another cell, with each cell being situated in progressively deeper chambers. Rescuing her again returns her to The Breach, where her helmet can be kicked again. The second cell appears in the Gungeon Proper, the third in the Black Powder Mine, and the fourth in the Hollow.

After rescuing her from the cell in the Hollow, she will attach her helmet to a chain to prevent your malicious helmet kicking. Talking to her after this unlocks the Blast Helmet.

Exit the Gungeon

After being rescued from a cell in The Gungeon, Loblina can be encountered in NPC rooms throughout runs, offering the player a chance to indulge their helmet kicking tendencies in exchange for . This comes in the form of a pachinko-style minigame, kicking the helmet down through a series of obstacles.

This minigame rewards a chest based on where the helmet lands after all the obstacles have been cleared.

Notes

• Several lines of dialogue from Trorc reference the Ledge Goblin, as Trorc is situated on the opposite ledge to her in The Breach.
  • "Had to sit here. Other ledge seemed taken."
  • "Don't think she wanted to share her ledge with me. Dunno why."
  • "Wonder where she got that helmet. Sure is fine."
  • Possible Bug These lines of dialogue can play before the Ledge Goblin has been rescued for the first time.
• The second time the Ledge Goblin is rescued from a cell in the Gungeon, she will not have a bullet reflection aura like most NPCs. She does not react to being shot directly in this instance.
