Coin Crown

Coin Crown is a passive item in both Enter and Exit the Gungeon.

Effects

Great Queen Ant - If the player also has Gungeon Ant, it becomes an ant queen and shoots rocket ants.
King Bomber - If the player also has Lil' Bomber, its bombs become gold and spawn 0-7 upon hitting an enemy.
Queen of Hearts - If the player also has Heart Purse, touching heart pickups while at full health will turn them into .
- Half Hearts give 3-6 , while Full Hearts give 5-11 .
Two Heavy - If the player also has Crown of Guns, the chance for Coin Crown to spawn money is doubled.

Loot Bag - Loot Bag does not double the 5 payout given when Coin Crown activates. It does, however, affect several of Coin Crowns synergies;
- Queen of Hearts - The amount of given when touching hearts while at full health is doubled.
- King Bomber - The amount of spawned when shooting an enemy with Lil' Bomber is doubled.

It is easy to unlock with the Briefcase of Cash. If the player already has 50 then the 250 will immediately unlock it.
Obtaining the Gold Junk will automatically unlock it. This is because the Gold Junk grants the player 500 when picked up.
If duplicates of this item are somehow obtained, increases the chance of a 5 shell spawning upon clearing a room and allows multiple Coin Crowns to be activated at once.
Coin crown may be a reference to the Crown of Greed item in the game Crypt of the Necrodancer.
The "Two Heavy" synergy is a nod to the adage, "Heavy is the head that wears the crown," as in this case, you would be wearing two.
A Coin Crown can be seen among the pile of items that makes up the Resourceful Rats throne in the Resourceful Rat's Lair.
In pre-release versions of Enter the Gungeon, the Coin Crowns sprite was used in the UI pop up announcing that the player had completed one of the Gunsling Kings challenges.^[1]
