• Five O'Clock Somewhere - If the player also has Crestfaller, reloading will fire a glass bottle that has a chance to stun enemies hit. Reloading Crestfaller while standing on a liquid replenishes the ammo missing in the current magazine, similar to Gungine.
• Shotgun Affinity - If the player also has Shotgun Coffee, all weapons in the SHOTGUN gun class gain piercing, increased knockback, and increased shot speed.
  • Shotgun style guns not in the SHOTGUN class such as the Shotgun Full of Love or Tangler are unaffected by this synergy.

• The name and effect of this item are a reference to the caffeinated German chocolate Scho-Ka-Kola, which was initially advertised as an athletic performance enhancer in the 1930s. It would later go on to be a stimulant to boost wakefulness and alertness for pilots, tank crews, and U-boat operators in Nazi Germany during World War II.
• The Ammonomicon description "save the cap" is a reference to the Fallout franchise, where the caps of beverages such as Nuka-Cola are used as currency.
• This item may also be a reference to the practice of 'shotgunning' a canned beverage, done by poking a hole in the side of the can to drink through instead of the top.
• The name of Five O'Clock Somewhere is a reference to the idiom "it's five o'clock somewhere", used to justify drinking alcohol at odd hours.
