Talk:Really Special Lute

Being very familiar with the kingkiller chronicles, I noticed that the Trivia section was slightly inaccurate.

Specifically, the "seven words that will make a woman love you" are not the purpose of Kvothe's search (or any character for that matter, it is a very trivial piece of the story). Kvothe is actually looking for clues on the Chandrian, their origin and the mysterious plan they follow, in the hope of defeating them. Here is an idea for correcting the corresponding entry :

"This gun’s description is a reference to Patrick Rothfuss’s Kingkiller Chronicle book series. The main character, Kvothe, plays the lute, and searches throughout the series for a way to defeat the Chandrian, a magical group that cause flames to turn blue when they are near."

Secondly, the synergy "Three Part Harmony" is most likely a reference to a ballad performed by Kvothe in the first book, the name of the wind. The song is named "the Lay of Sir Savien Traliard", and during the chapter 54 it is explained that this ballad is extremely difficult because it requires to focus on 3 parts simultaneously: "two voices singing out of the lute" and the vocal part. Here is an exemple of an entry for the page :

"The synergy Three Part Harmony may be a reference to the Kingkiller Chronicle as the main character performs once a difficult ballad requiring to play 3 melodies at once : two from the lute and one by singing."
