Heavy Boots is a passive item in Enter and Exit the Gungeon. It also appears in powerup form in Exit the Gungeon.
Effects
- ETG Prevents the players movement from being interfered with by external forces, such as knockback from enemies, gun recoil, conveyor belts, and patches of ice. The player will still be moved around by moving platforms.
- XTG Causes the player to release a shockwave upon landing. Enemies caught in the shockwave will be knocked back and take light damage.
- Has a short cooldown before the effect can be activated again.
Synergies ETG
Hardwood - If the player also has Mahoguny, it fires four explosive shots at a time.
Heavy Metal - If the player also has Anvillain, its shot speed is decreased by 25% and its damage is increased by 20%.
Iron Slug - If the player also has Big Iron, it fires a single high-damage slug.
Iron Stance - If the player also has Tangler, Pulse Cannon, Blunderbuss, Regular Shotgun, Old Goldie, Huntsman, Void Shotgun, Zilla Shotgun, Elephant Gun, Blooper or Siren, their damage is increased by 20%, their shot speed is increased by 50%, and their reload time is decreased by 20%.

Notes
- XTG This item can be very useful on elevators with holes. Knocking grounded enemies into pits will instantly kill them, which is easy to do with this item.
